Over the past few months, we've had collected all your questions and suggestions about Kiwetin rules. Today, we are pleased to share with you the second edition of rule book.
Its new design allowed us to add more details and specifications. We hope it answers all the questions you might have.

A couple of months ago, a backer proposed us to share an empty Rüne card so you guys can create your own spells. We thought that was a very good idea and we are happy to share it with you.

Most of the games have been shipped by now and as you may have noticed, a few backers didn't received their pledges yet.
We wanted to fully understand what were the reasons of those delays, issues and delivery inconsistencies and be absolutely transparent about it.
First of all, we apologize for the inconvenience that those problems may have caused. We understand the frustration and we truly care about your expectations.
Kiwetin is our first boardgame but also our first Kickstarter Campaign. As exciting as it can be, it is also a rich and complex challenge. The adventure and the learnings that we have experienced are huge: some good decisions have worked. Meanwhile, some mistakes were made. We will be able to avoid those for our next project.
We finally have the big picture of the different problems:
- 24 backers didn't received their pledge in Germany because the CE logo was not conform to the European legislation.
- 12 Backers didn't received their pledge because the shipping label was not right.
- 59 backers received their pledge partially damaged by the shipping.
We take full responsibility of those issues and we will reship those damaged parts, not-conform and returned packages.
We have created a detailed list for each problem and we need to close it to be able to ship it next week.
What we need from you is to make sure that we did not forget any backers that may have stay silent until now.

As we previously said, the shipping of Kiwetin ended a week ago and some of you started to receive their game. We're very excited to know that you will finally be able to play it! For those who did not received it, it's just a matter of days, don't worry.
